All of our service areas can extend outwards up to 30 miles, so if you don’t see your area, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t find you a sitter. Please contact us if you have questions.

All of our sitters are required to submit a background check that is no more than 30 days old prior to them being able to pick up their first appointment.

If your scheduled sitter becomes ill, we will work to find you a backup sitter
We interview and vet ALL sitters and we require them to send professional references prior to being onboarded
Every family fills out a registration form that informs us of their needs, and we communicate your needs to each sitter you book so that you do not have to repeat information and instructions each time
The booking fee is the only money we receive to continue to operate this service, including but not limited to: staying in contact with the families & sitters during scheduled appointments, vetting our sitters to ensure that we have high quality members on our team, and working to find you a replacement sitter in the event that yours is unable to make it.

Yes, you can schedule a meet & greet appointment with one of our sitters. The meet & greet can last up to 1 hour and is $30. It can take place virtually or in-person.
Please note: we do NOT have any options for a free meet & greet. We value our sitters and want them to be compensated for any time they spend working/interacting with families.

We collect payment at the time of booking to avoid last-minute cancellations that leave the sitter uncompensated. Our sitters fully commit to your appointment at the time you book, and they will pass up other appointments to prioritize yours. We want to make sure we can continue to hire the best, most reliable sitters for our families, and we can only do this by making sure they are taken care of.
Any appointments that are cancelled with OVER 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable *

Our business was founded in Enterprise, AL. However, we have a variety of service areas in Alabama and North Florida, and we hire sitters that are local to the areas that we service.

In the event that you have an appointment booked and have a family emergency, we would issue you a full refund *
In the event that a sitter does not show up for a scheduled appointment, we would issue you a full refund *

In the event that you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund *
In the event that you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your appointment total will be refunded *

Yes! We have many sitters that have worked with special needs children - both professionally and personally. Please contact us to let us know your specific needs, and we will verify that we have someone on staff that can accommodate.

Yes. All of our sitting appointments take place in the home of the family who booked the appointment. None of our sitters watch children in their own homes.

Simply let us know if you’re going to be later than expected and we will contact the sitter to let them know! We will verify that they are able to stay, and we will let you know what remaining balance is owed.
